Having experience counts-

Since the beginning of the introduction of cnc controllers, IMTS has been there to teach and service these controllers. From Delem, Cybelec Hurco and more, we have the experience of dealing with each.
ESA is an Italian company that produces one of the most sophisticated and yet reliable controller in the world.
ESA offers multiple screen sizes with each model offering similar functionality platform.

One of the most important features that you can actually bank on is this- When the controller ages down the line and you need service or even an upgrade, you will be able to simply replace the controller and rack and download the specific data used by the older controller to get the machine to function.

You can program numerically for quick work and you can draw the part on screen and allow the controller to find bending sequences for you or you simply use the off line programming software to create the job that you can download and enable fast production.

Our experience has been although Delem is now the most popular control brand, ESA out performs Delem easily.
One thing to consider when graphically programming is how many sections per program you can create as many jobs require multiple bending sections. In ESA you can program multiple sections and run it as a single job. In Delem you have to create each section as a job and then chain each job together. This is a huge advantage for ESA

ESA is elegant, sophisticated and if the need for service is ever required, well ESA US headquarters is based in Houston Texas vs NO US base for Delem or Cybelec-

Cybelec offers distributors based in the US but no main office from Cybelec can be found in the USA



STANDARD AND OPTIONS AVAILABLE



OPTIONAL ANGLE MEASURING DEVICE



When real live angle adjustement is required, we have a system that actually measures the angle as its being bent. The controller will note difference against measured and will adjust accordingly automatically to achieve proper angle.



OPTIONAL SHEET FOLLOWERS



When bending large pieces, it is not a bad idea to invest in an automatic sheet follower- These units can be single or double with parking area away from the working area when use is not required. It is much cheaper to do it during the initial machine build up vs after machine has been bulit.



Main Motor Inverter



Get 20% more power when you need it! Using an inverter to provide smooth pump flow is one great ideal, being able to increase tonnage 20% when required for short runs is simply smart.



Hydraulic Sectional Bed



For standard machines under 100 tons, you do not need crowning as our frames are strong enough.

However if you are going to obtain crowning, the 3 sectionalized hydraulic system is the best option available, specially in large press brakes which come with this feature

Precise cylinders are categorized as per micro tolerances and grouped together to be matched exactly to specifications. Chosen as a single solid piece that are hardened and ground with precision in mind makes for long lasting performance

Die Bed



Opened die bed with 60 mm width can accept Euro Style holders as shown.

We are also able to provide Wila systems and other tool types along with top tool holders

Standard Fingers can be fitted with LEDs that will light up upon material detection to ensure proper sitting of the piece
